Hewins Financial Advisors' Patrice Cresci Ranks #56 on Forbes' List of "America's Top Women Wealth Advisors"
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., March 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Hewins Financial Advisors (Hewins), a national, CPA-based financial advisory firm, announced that Principal and Regional Director Patrice Cresci, CFP®, has been named to Forbes' inaugural ranking of "America's Top Women Wealth Advisors."
Forbes, which selected winners from more than 13,000 nominations, ranked Cresci fifty-sixth on its list, which recognizes 200 female financial advisors on the leading edge of client service, new business development and other elements of their respective practices — including assets under management (AUM). Collectively, the advisors on Forbes' ranking oversee $210 billion on behalf of individuals, families and businesses across the U.S.
While that number affirms the notable strides women have made in the advisory industry, disparity still persists — according to Cerulli Associates, women account for only 16 percent of financial advisors in the field.
Hewins is one firm that is helping to bridge this gap, with an advisory staff comprised of 48-percent women. It's a culture in which Cresci has flourished and cultivated a successful, multifaceted career, employing her expertise in financial planning, investment advisory, client service and operations. As a principal and regional director, Cresci manages Hewins' business development activities in the Bay Area, and has also worked behind the scenes to fine-tune elements of the firm's client experience and investment approach.
From a strategic standpoint, Cresci also played a key role in spearheading Hewins' relationships with Schwab Advisor Network and DZH Phillips*, a Bay Area-based accounting firm.
At every stage of her career, Cresci's clients have always been her driving motivation. "I feel honored and humbled to receive this recognition," she says. "For me, helping our clients make their financial goals a reality is a priceless experience — it's an amazing feeling to have such a fulfilling career."
